We’ll happily schedule a complimentary adjustment to ensure you’re thrilled with your hair. While we don’t offer refunds, we’re dedicated to making sure you're delighted with the final result.
What is Your Cancellation Policy?
We get it—life can be unpredictable! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. If we ever need to cancel your appointment, don’t worry—we’ll credit 50% of the service fee toward your next visit as a courtesy.
